🌰One of the skills I’m actively working on is public speaking. I am generally ok when speaking to a small group of people, but when presenting to a larger setting, I tend to need a lot more preparation to feel calm and confident. I’ve set some goals to improve this skill, including putting my hand up for workshops, lunch & learns, which are great ways to improve and share learnings with others at the same time.

🌰Tactical Priorities: 面试前吃透JD-岗位职责，了解好岗位对于技术的需要，寻找自己相匹配的优势，和能够胜任职位的经验
🌰Strategic Vision: 再研究公司的财报和官网，了解公司的的大方向，回答问题的时候展示big picture thinking
🌰People: 通过面官的social media profiles, 从履历到别人给的reference, 来判断对方的行事风格，寻找共同点，拉近关系
④面试结束后写Thank you note, 可以提及面试过程中留下深刻印象的点，显示你有在actively listen:
